In the 1990s, I traveled solo around the world with a video camera, arranging visits to 40 cooking schools and filming the chefs, teachers, and culinary personalities who shared their knowledge, traditions, and passion for food.

Those remarkable experiences became the foundation of Culinary Icons from the ’90s, a digital archive of original videos documenting an extraordinary era in food.
